« Declaration for the foundation of the "Democratic Coalition of Nations in Iran"
Considering the sameness of national oppression that all nations in Iran have suffered for a century and through a process of consultations and discussions, we, the organizations mentioned below, have decided to form the "Democratic Coalition of Nations in Iran." This Coalition aims to assert and secure the absolute rights of existing nations in Iran that have been violated for many years. The Coalition intends to create an opportunity for coexistence with respect and equal rights in democratic governance based on the right of self-determination of the nations, in which the distribution of power, wealth and resources is guaranteed. The Democratic Coalition of Nations in Iran considers the current revolution in Iran as a rightful revolution, arising from forty-four years of oppression, repression and corruption of the Islamic regime in Iran, which is rooted in the oppressions of the former monarchic regime.
The Democratic Coalition of Nations in Iran believes in the principle of dialogue between all the parties and organizations who struggle against the Islamic regime and those who are not affiliated with the Islamic regime of Iran. We believe achieving freedom, justice and democracy in Iran is possible with cooperation, unity and convergence of opposition forces.
The parties and organizations that are members of the Democratic Coalition of Nations in Iran in alphabetical order are:

Statute of the "Democratic Coalition of Nations in Iran"
Basic Principles:
1- Iran is a country consisting of Arab, Azerbaijani Turk, Balouch, Gilak, Kurd, Lor – Bakhtiari, Persian, Qashqai Turk, and Turkmen nations, which has their historical land and national characteristics.
2- The Self-determination right is a fundamental and indisputable right of nations.
3- The governance structure in Iran can be federalism arising from the principle of Self-determination or a kind of union of national governments, which is based on a framework of democracy and secularism.
4- We believe in overthrowing Iran's entire Islamic regime and consider it a "necessary condition" for nations to achieve their rights.
General Principles:
The name of this organization is "Democratic Coalition of Nations in Iran," abbreviated as DCNI.
The Democratic Coalition of Nations in Iran believes that the oppressed nations have faced a quasi-colonial policy during the two periods of the rule of the Pahlavi dynasty and the Islamic Republic, which targeted their historical existence and identity. For this reason, the only way to save the colonized nations is to completely change the nation-state rule of Iran and create a decentralized system of governance of the nations.
This Coalition does not consider class and gender conflicts apart from the national conflict and considers them a part of its national struggle.
This Coalition believes that the only way out of this situation is the revolution via organized struggle and uprisings.
This Coalition believes that Iran's historical, political, and social conditions have reached a point where no nation alone can achieve its goals and rights. For this reason, forming a front of nations is necessary.
This Coalition will cooperate with secular democratic forces who believe in regime change in Iran.
This Coalition fully believes in and adheres to the principles of democracy, the Universal Charter of Human Rights and its additional conventions.
The Democratic Coalition of Nations in Iran does not intend to interfere in any country's internal affairs. Therefore, it avoids aligning itself with any tendency that threatens the interests of the different nations living in Iran. »
